1. Desaturated the original so that it was in black and white.
2. Then, I used the Quick Selection tool (W) to select the sky around the clouds and then used the Brush tool (B) to paint the sky starting with the darker shades of blue and top and lighter shades towards the bottom.
3. Then, I used the Watercolour filter to blend the colours a bit.
4. Then, I used the Plastic Wrap filter to highlight the center of the sky so that it looked like the sun was behind the clouds.
5. Then, I used the Box Blur filter to blend the colours properly so that it flowed.
6. Then, I used the (W) tool to select the outline of the clouds and (B) tool to colour it dark cyan blue.
7. Then, I used the (W) tool again to select the clouds, and the (B) tool to colour it white.
8. Then, I used the (W) tool to select the whole clouds including the outline, and used the Box Blur filter to blend the colours together.
9. Then, I used the Grain filter to create the effect of dust on the artwork that kind of dissolves into the background and makes it not very clear.
10. Then, I used the (B) tool and selected a splatter form and painted a few shapes on the artwork in black and grey.
Finally, this is the final product of my work after using photoshop.
